Thank you for purchasing from BiggieMabika.com. I value your support and aim to ensure every order is handled with care and integrity. Please review the policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds and returns.
Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of my work—especially original artwork, limited edition prints, and handmade products—refunds are generally not available unless the item arrives damaged or there was a significant error on my part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Digital downloads, commissions, and personalized products are non-refundable once delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

Include your order number, photos of the damage (or incorrect item), and a short description of the issue.

I’ll do my best to offer a resolution—either a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Return Conditions (if applicable)
If a return is approved:

Items must be in unused, original condition.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Returns should be mailed to the return address provided by email after approval. Please do not send items back without first contacting me.

Processing Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
